The NorCast Committee and Admin are happy to inform that the new NorCast Coordinator
will be Mr. Svein Terje Strandlie.
Mr Strandlie has technical and commercial background and has a broad and long-time experience
from the aluminium industry.
Mr. Strandlie has been working on Research & Development projects in Hydro, has been a
Casthouse Manager at Benteler Automotive Raufoss AS and also Managing Director in the same company.
He has also been Managing Director at SINTEF- Raufoss (Central Institute for Industrial Research).
Mr. Arne Schaathun and his company Alu Services AS will plan and prepare all the details related to NorCast 2026.
Alu Services will be the formal organizer, however, Mr. Svein Terje Standlie will be Coordinator on the conferance.
Mr. Arne Schaathun will continue as a member of NorCast Committee.
